1. The service
Fairmontel is an information guide to hotels in Canada. It is not a booking service, travel agency or hotel operator. We do not take reservations or payments, and we do not guarantee that any hotel has rooms available.
2. Accuracy of information
Hotel data, photos and descriptions are supplied by third parties, mainly the Hotelbeds catalogue, and may be incomplete or out of date. Star categories, room types, occupancy, facilities, phone numbers and distances are indicative. Confirm anything that matters to you with the hotel before you rely on it. The planning guides are general information and not professional, legal or safety advice.
3. Booking with hotels
Any reservation is a contract between you and the hotel, on the hotel's terms. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for rates, taxes, fees, cancellation rules or the quality of your stay.
4. Third-party links and services
The site links to hotel websites, maps and official sources that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or availability. Maps from Google load only when you request them.
5. Trademarks
Hotel, brand and company names, logos and photos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the properties described. Fairmontel is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any hotel or hotel brand, including Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial planning. Do not copy it in bulk, scrape it, disrupt it, or try to gain unauthorised access to it.
7. Our content
The text, layout and design of Fairmontel are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Hotel data and photos remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information on it, including decisions about travel or bookings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or any consumer rights you have under mandatory law.
